.Net Developer - Victoria

Duration:4+ months
Skills: .net, VB.net, ASP.net, ASP, Oracle 9i / PL/SQL

Candidates MUST have the following:

* At least 5 years of web development (with at least the last two being with ASP.NET)
* VB.Net Win Form experience particularly in writing offline client applications that synch with a shared data store.
* ASP.Net 2.0 expertise (including the design and creation of shared web components in Asp.Net)
* Solid HTML / Java Script / DHMTL experience targeting all modern browsers (IE, Safari, Firefox etc.)
* Extensive experience coding in a multi-tiered architecture with some of it being for an SOA (developing .net web services).
* Experience designing web services in .Net that interoperate with Java and other languages
* Object Oriented development expertise
* Extensive experience and knowledge of developing from a UML design
* Solid testing / documentation skills
* XML knowledge
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a team oriented environment

Candidate should possess the following:

* Experience working in a structured project team (working off a project plan)
* Unit testing experience
* Oracle 9i / PL/SQL (stored procs, sql, etc*) experience
* SQL Navigator experience
